1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bet baje platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to the betbaje.cam website and its applications (Android and iOS). "User" or "Member" refers to any registered person who uses bet baje's services.

"Services" refers to slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, crash games and any other gaming activities offered through bet baje. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you object to any part of the Terms, please stop using the service.

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. If any inconsistency arises between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence in the legal context of Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on bet baje, accurate and complete information must be provided. Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age and Eligibility

All bet baje services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

If it is established at any point that a user is under 21 years of age, bet baje reserves the right to close that account and withhold the associated balance.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

Residents of regions where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to open an account. If the service is used from a restricted region, bet baje may close the account at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bet baje offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which must be read in full before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be met before withdrawal.

Never treat a bonus as your own money. Bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. If the wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.2 General Principles of Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account
• A maximum single bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds
• bet baje reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed

6 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets and games on bet baje are conducted with full transparency. The following general rules apply to sports betting and casino games.

6.1 Sports Betting

• The odds set at the time a bet is accepted are considered final
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bet baje will determine the result according to specific rules
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided
• bet baje is not responsible for network disconnection during live betting
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• If the connection is lost during a game, the result is saved once the round is complete
• If an error is found in the game software, the affected round may be declared void
• Jackpot amounts are paid according to rules set by the game provider

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7 VIP Program

bet baje's VIP Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can move to a higher level based on regular play.

7.1 Weekly Cashback

Each VIP level receives cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated from total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

7.2 VIP Benefits

VIP members receive priority customer service, exclusive promotions and faster withdrawal processing. bet baje reserves the right to change VIP benefit details at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bet baje. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse)
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the game software
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Operating games using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by bet baje

bet baje may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity
• Registration with false or incomplete information
• Use of the service from a restricted region
• Legal obligations or government directives

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at their own request. All active bonuses and promotions will expire before the account is closed. If a balance remains, a withdrawal must be made before submitting the account closure request.

9.3 Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, members may temporarily suspend their account for a set period. This option can be activated through the support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

If financial loss occurs for any reason, bet baje's maximum liability will be equivalent to the affected member's account balance at that time. bet baje is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Members' personal and financial information is never sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.
